Thank you my friends for all the birthday love. I`m in awe of the amazing group of people around me that I`m proud to call friends.
This past year had some real lows with the loss of a few friends and my mom. With the lows there are also highs. I`m working on getting back to a healthy state. I`m finding a little balance of work and rest. I was able to take the entire month of May off to explore the Maldives with my bride of 25 years. I wrote my first book and started hosting a TV show.
This year we`ve got some big growth in our companies, taking time for my health and celebrating experiences with friends througout the year.
I hope along the way I`ve been able to inspire a few of you to Live a Life of Experiences.
I look forward to another trip around the sun with all of you by our side.

What a whirlwind week. Monday through Thursday in Vegas for #ibs2025 with 130,000 of my builder friends and 3 speeches. Then a race to San Diego with 1,000 of my fellow ERA Real Estate professionals from all over the country for an amazing #fuel2025 conference. Got to give 1 speech there and catch up with old friends and meet many new ones.
Time to go home and start plotting how to implement all these ideas into my companies.

Off to San Diego right after my speech today to join the national convention for my resale division through Sunday with one more speech there. Then i get to go home Sunday.
