One day you’ll realize the moments you remember most won’t be meetings, emails, or deadlines…
They’ll be places you explored and the person who was standing next to you when you did.
The world has a strange way of reminding you what actually matters — but ...only if you’re willing to unplug long enough to experience it.
So let me ask you something real:
If you could leave tomorrow, where in the world would you go — and who are you taking with you? 👇

Most entrepreneurs build a successful business… but forget to build a life they actually want to live.
From my new book Permission to Unplug:
What would change if you designed your life around experiences that made you feel alive and at peace?
Real ...question — what’s one experience that resets you completely? 👇

Most entrepreneurs don’t realize they built a successful business that quietly stole their freedom.
The real win isn’t just revenue, growth, or scaling faster.
It’s creating a life where you get to show up for the moments that actually matter — like taking your... daughter to school, being present with your family, or choosing how you spend your time.
That’s the perspective shift behind my new book Permission to Unplug:
You’re not building a business just to work more.
You’re building a life you don’t need to escape from.
Success isn’t about having more on your calendar.
It’s about having the freedom to choose what goes on it.
Because at the end of the day, life isn’t about things — it’s about experiences.
If you’re an entrepreneur trying to grow your business without losing your life in the process, this message is for you.

What’s one moment you want your business to give back to you?

Most entrepreneurs spend years building success… but forget to build memories.
Ten years from now, will your story be bigger than “I worked really hard”?
From my upcoming book Permission to Unplug — a reminder that real success includes time, presence, and ...experiences you don’t postpone.
Save this if you’re building a business and a life.

The most successful people I know have one thing in common — they actually let themselves be somewhere.
Not half-present with one eye on their phone.
Not mentally running through their to-do list while standing in front of something breathtaking.
Actually ...there.
Most entrepreneurs talk about "work-life balance" like it's a destination they'll eventually reach. It's not. It's a practice — and it starts the moment you stop treating every experience like content, a reward, or something to rush through.
Tulum didn't care about my calendar. The water didn't move faster because I had a 9am call. And honestly? Neither should you.
If you don't learn to enjoy your experiences simply for what they are — not what they produce, not what they look like on a grid, not how they justify the cost — you will miss the point entirely.
That's not just a quote from my new book Permission to Unplug.
That's a warning.
Because I've watched brilliant, successful, driven people sit in the most beautiful places on earth and never actually arrive. They were present in body and a thousand miles away in mind.
Don't be that person.
Strategic rest isn't a reward for hard work. It's the thing that makes the hard work worth doing — and frankly, makes you better at it.
You have permission to unplug.
👉 Drop a "UNPLUG" in the comments and I'll send you the first chapter of the book when it drops.

Don't make it a 'you' decision. Include others in the conversation. Ideas flow. Energy multiplies. It becomes a 'we' thing.
Who's the "WE" in your travel decision. Tag them and join the conversation about where you're going next.

Entrepreneurs love a script.
Launch plan.
Revenue targets.
Five-year vision.
Color-coded calendar.
But here’s the truth…
“Part of the magic of experiences comes from their unscripted nature.”
The moments that ...change you?
They’re rarely planned.
It’s the dinner that ran long.
The conversation you didn’t expect.
The trip you almost didn’t take.
The afternoon you unplugged instead of optimized.
We try to engineer every outcome.
But magic doesn’t live in control.
It lives in presence.
Some of your best ideas — and your best memories — will come from moments you didn’t schedule.
If you’re building something big but don’t want to miss the life you’re building it for… this is your reminder.
Comment “UNSCRIPTED” if you’ve ever had a moment that changed everything.
Save this for the next time you’re tempted to over-plan your life.

Busy entrepreneurs love control.
We build the calendar.
We manage the meetings.
We optimize everything.
But what if the breakthrough you’re chasing isn’t in the plan… it’s in the pause?
“When you embrace spontaneity, you’re ...embracing a life of presence, joy, and meaning.”
Spontaneity isn’t irresponsible.
It’s not reckless.
It’s a strategic decision to be present.
Some of your best business ideas won’t come from another Zoom call.
They’ll come from a last-minute dinner, an unplanned walk, a spontaneous flight, or saying “yes” when your instinct says go.
This is what Permission to Unplug is about.
It’s about learning to step away so you can come back sharper, clearer, and more alive.
If you’re building something big but don’t want to miss your life while doing it… this is for you.
Drop “UNPLUG” in the comments if you’re ready to live with more presence.
Save this as a reminder that not everything meaningful can be scheduled.

You don’t go from burnout to a two-week vacation overnight.
That’s not how it works for most entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Real change starts smaller.
It starts with one intentional 3-day weekend where you truly unplug.
No ...emails.
No “quick check-ins.”
No sneaking back into work mode.
Just space to breathe and reset.
Most of us believe we need a massive break to feel better, but the truth is freedom is built in stages.
You prove to yourself that three days is possible.
Then you stretch it to four.
Then a full week.
Then ten days.
Eventually two weeks doesn’t feel impossible anymore.
Time off is a skill.
And like any skill, you develop it step by step.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned as an entrepreneur is this: your business grows faster when you create space away from it.
Clarity happens in the pauses.
Creativity returns when you disconnect.
Energy comes back when you stop running on empty.
So if you’re stuck at “zero,” don’t aim for a dramatic reset.
Aim for one weekend done right.
Take the first bite.
The rest builds from there.
Who else is working on getting better at unplugging?
